Art in Everyday Life
with Margaret Jones Callahan
Weaving mindfulness and contemplation into the tapestry of daily life opens possibilities for awakening. Mindfulness arouses the intelligence of the senses and stirs our natural wisdom; the sacred and expressive nature of our mind comes forward to engage the world. Margaret will lead us in a mindfulness practice.
