The 21 Tara Sand Mandala will begin on Monday, June 12th at the Net Loft. Lama Losang will continue to create every day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and encourages everyone to come and watch, ask questions or simply sit quietly.

On Friday, June 16th,  with the completion of the mandala the retreat will begin at 6:30 p.m., with an optional dinner at 5 p.m. The retreat will focus on the healing practices of the beloved female deity, Tara, who is “the one who liberates”. She is the female manifestation of enlightenment. The sand mandala will be central to our understanding of each Tara with a different colour, energy and attribute.

Lama Losang invites all levels of experience. This is a rare and unique opportunity to witness and absorb the timeless art/science which  has practical and positive applications to our life in the here and now.

Suggested donation for the retreat is $280, with a sliding scale. There will be volunteer opportunities. Please know we would like to give everyone a chance to attend, and if you are unable to attend the whole weekend, you are welcome to come for a part of it.
