Lift your energy through Mantra and Prana Nidra meditation
Two easy and effective practices can lift your energy and mood when you feel down and depleted. The repetition of specific Sanskrit mantras can completely change your mindset. You can repeat a mantra mentally or sing it. And we will do this together in our July gathering.
As you lift your energy through mantra then it can be directed to specific body parts to bring healing and harmony. Prana Nidra is an easy practice done lying or sitting. You simply send light with your imagination through the body.
